These callers may state that you need to "update your records" or risk being removed from the practice list. They may also ask for personal details such as your address, NHS number, or bank information.

Please be assured:

• We will only contact you from our official practice phone number. If you ever receive a call and are unsure, hang up and call us back using the number listed on our website.
• We will never threaten to remove you from our patient list during a phone call unless our zero-tolerance policy has been breached, and never because you did not share information.
• We will never ask for your financial information.

What You Should Do:

• If you are unsure whether a call is genuine, end the call and ring the practice directly.
